I had always thought a private cleaner was a bargain, unfortunately it wasn’t long before I realized just how wrong I was. After doing thorough reference checks I hired a woman who had apparently been cleaning for many years. At first small things went missing and I thought I’d just misplaced them but when a piece of jewelry (which had been put away in the back of a drawer) was gone, I confronted the cleaner. She admitted that she had taken the bracelet but had only meant to borrow it and would return it immediately. However, when I never heard from her the following week, I called her number and it was disconnected. I was never able to contact her and never received the bracelet. I quickly switched to the Professional Cleaning Services that were bonded and insured. I tried various ones but just wasn’t getting the kind of cleaning I expected until I found Budget Maid. Their kind of personalized service is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve dealt with Barb and her staff now for 14 years.
